Bart walks along a muddy riverbank while Homer stands watching beside an orange inflatable raft, with cattails and pine trees behind them

What happens

Bart, in a green scout uniform with a red neckerchief and cap, walks along a muddy riverbank while Homer, in a white tank top and grey shorts, stands watching beside an orange inflatable raft, with cattails and pine trees behind them. An elderly bearded man in a captain's hat, purple jacket and green sweater gestures toward the raft, which is patched with blue squares, and a brief earlier moment shows a stout captain-hatted man in a white shirt and a backpacked man leaning over the raft outside a log cabin with a 'RENTALS' sign. The scene follows the group as they gather around the raft, and the captain's open-handed gesture accompanies the raft being presented.
