What happens

Homer, in a brown bear costume, stands in a wooden cabin doorway beside other people in bear costumes, while a stubbled man in a black-and-white skunk suit grins at them and then shrugs with his purple-gloved hands open. Later, a white-bearded old sea captain in a peaked cap and blue jacket leans out of a round porthole, waving a wooden pipe, first with his mouth open and then grinning with the pipe clenched in his teeth, against a pink and blue background.
