What happens

A heavyset man in a black robe, not a named regular, stands behind a wooden bench in a courtroom, first grinning and then raising a gavel overhead before speaking sternly. Then the scene cuts to a pink diner where Marge, with her tall blue beehive, reads a large menu in a red booth beside Homer, a blonde woman, Lisa and Bart, who sit around a round white table with milkshakes. A clock, a jukebox and a diner counter with stools sit in the background, and a man in white is partly visible at the left edge.
