What happens

In a courtroom with a crowd of onlookers and a uniformed bailiff near the back, Milhouse with blue hair and glasses stands in a blue suit at the right, beside a seated Lisa in her red dress. A heavy judge with curly dark hair and a beard, wearing a black robe and blue tie, sits behind the bench under a blue and red seal, speaking, clasping and gesturing with his hands, and then raising his gavel. A man with dark curly hair in a black jacket is seen from behind in the left foreground.
