What happens

Lisa Simpson, a girl with spiky star-shaped hair in a red dress, is held by Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief in uniform, as she tangles with a string of Christmas lights and is led past Marge, who has a tall blue beehive and a green dress, and Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, inside a police station with a 'Angel' sign and a broom on the wall. Lisa is pulled along by Wiggum, who is pushing her forward while a second officer stands behind, and then the scene cuts to the front of the Springfield County Courthouse, with its columns, flag, clock, and stone lions beside a 'No Parking' sign, before a stern, heavyset judge in a black robe with a mustache and a 'Springfield County Court' seal behind him bangs at his bench.
