What happens

Homer and Marge Simpson sit side by side at a courtroom table while Troy McClure, an actor with swept-back reddish hair in a light blue suit, holds up a shoe and a small hammer-like tool, then sets them down and gestures with a shoe. Earlier, Mr. Burns, a frail, stooped old man with a hooked nose, shakes hands with a man in a grey suit across a cluttered table of papers and briefcases while others look on, and a judge sits at the bench beneath a seal with Chief Wiggum standing nearby. Homer and Marge end up in close conversation, Marge speaking with her mouth open and Homer looking at her, with the courtroom wood panels behind them.
