What happens

Homer and Marge sit in yellow chairs facing a man in a blue suit and red tie behind a desk in a bookshelf-lined office, with a drink cup with a straw on the desk. He raises a finger, then shuts his eyes while adjusting his tie and gestures with an open hand. The scene then moves to a close-up of a wooden gavel held in a yellow hand, followed by an elderly judge with white curly hair and beard in a black robe seated in a courtroom beneath a blue seal reading 1932.
