What happens

Marge Simpson with her blue beehive and Homer Simpson in a white shirt stand at a table in a mall, with Principal Skinner in a grey suit and orange tie and Troy McClure in a light blue suit and red tie beside them. Skinner stands in the middle of the mall gesturing with a raised hand while Homer and Marge look on and McClure listens at the table. McClure then sits at a desk before bookshelves, holding up a cup with a straw, and Skinner returns in a close view, gritting his teeth and gripping his tie as a green 'SHOES FOR TOTS' sign and a palm plant are visible behind him.
