Mr. Burns stands at a window in a blue suit and reaches toward a cage of small winged gray creatures with red bows

What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, very thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, stands at a window in a blue suit and reaches toward a cage of small winged gray creatures with red bows. In the first frame he gestures toward the open cage door while the creatures sit inside. In the second he raises a hand to his head and turns away from the cage as the creatures press against the bars. Then the cage is empty with its door hanging open, and Burns gestures in the air by the window. In the final frame, Burns rests a hand on the purple ledge beside Smithers, his thin assistant with glasses, a purple bow tie and a green jacket with an ID badge, who looks on. The scene is set in a room with red walls, a dark curtain and a large window showing a blue sky with clouds.
