What happens

Homer, the bald heavy man in a white shirt, stands with Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, in a row of blue lockers, with a brown-haired boy in a tan shirt and a woman with reddish-brown hair behind them and a man in a purple knit cap and black shirt on the right. Bart spreads his arms wide while the group looks on in anger, and then Homer's glaring face fills the view as the purple-capped man leans in close. The scene then shifts to the outside of the Capital City Convention Center, where a large marquee reads WELCOME and NATIONAL, and small pedestrians walk along the sidewalk beside a red car.
