What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, stands near the front of an energy expo hall with Smithers, his thin assistant in glasses, beside him, while a woman with an orange-red hairdo in a blue blouse speaks nearby. Booths labeled COLD FUSION, OIL POWER, WIND, COAL, WATER and SOLAR ENERGY (with the slogan CHEAP, CLEAN HOPE FOR TOMORROW) line the room. In the early frames, Burns stands among suited attendees and a Black man in red near the Cold Fusion booth, then the group drifts past the Oil Power and Coal/Water displays. In the last frame, Smithers, wearing round glasses and holding a stack of pamphlets, leans in beside a Solar Energy display board, while a man in dark sunglasses and a red tie grins next to him beside a panel of solar cells.
