What happens

Homer Simpson, in a dark blue suit and pink tie, stands at a counter beside a woman with big orange-red hair, a white blouse, a blue tie and a name tag, under a sign reading "CLEAR POWER PLANT AS SEEN ON 60 MINUTES" with a framed portrait of Mr. Burns and Smithers on the wall behind them. Homer raises a red booklet, then folds his arms and fidgets with his hands while glancing sideways and gesturing, as the woman stares ahead with her arms crossed. The scene then widens to a crowd of people in a hallway, including a bald man in a green sweater and a blonde woman in a pink jacket, all looking toward a dark stage at the right, with a POLLUTION chart on a wall behind them.
