What happens

Homer in a yellow hazmat suit with a visor holds orange tongs gripping a glowing green object beside a red counter and a CAUTION sign with a radiation symbol, while Mr. Burns and Smithers watch from the right. Homer, seen from behind, reaches up toward the floating green glow, and then Maggie, with a blue bow, reads a "Mom Monthly" magazine at a store counter stocked with shelves of products. The scene blurs into a streaky orange wash, then Maggie, sucking a pacifier, peers over a metal cart grate as Marge, with her tall blue beehive and red beads, waves with her eyes closed.
