What happens

Mr. Burns, frail and stooped with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, sits in a red chair behind a long desk in his office, while Smithers, a thin man with glasses in a green jacket, stands beside the desk and a lab-coated man with glasses stands on the red carpet facing them. A tall column of light with a ring at its base rises in the room, and a green book lies open on the floor near the desk, with stacked green and yellow boxes on the desktop. The scene then shifts to a domed turquoise city by purple water, with a camel and palm trees, before ending on a close view of blue legs in grey shoes beneath a purple tube above red drapes.
