What happens

Mr. Burns, frail and stooped with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, sits at a purple desk in his office while a row of identical grey-suited men with red ties stands before him, including a bald man with a red bow tie and glasses. One of the men holds a dark folder and the group stares silently toward the desk, with a wall clock and a portrait of Burns on the wall behind them. Burns then leafs through a stack of papers and stock certificates, and Smithers, in a green jacket, purple bow tie and name badge, leans in beside the desk, holding documents and talking as Burns smiles.
