What happens

Homer, a bald, heavy man with stubble, stands shirtless in an orange towel in a bathroom, first facing the blue-framed mirror above the sink as he sprays something from a blue can onto his chest and face. He then stands with the can held near the sink, grinning at his reflection, before he looks down at a green bottle on the counter and turns toward the sink. In the final moment he holds the blue can against his chest, which is dotted with a swirl pattern, and raises his other hand toward a brown cabinet door beside a purple shelf holding a bowl of cotton balls and a red tin.
