What happens

Homer, bald and bare-backed, stands at a bathroom sink gazing into a blue-rimmed medicine cabinet mirror where Lisa, in her red dress and pearl necklace, appears beside his own reflection. The scene then moves into tight views of Homer's wide-eyed, stubbled face as his expression stays frozen in alarm and his mouth opens to show his teeth. A green bottle, a cup and a pink soap dish sit on the sink.
