What happens

Principal Skinner, with neat grey hair and a suit, stands at a wooden podium in front of a large American flag and a green U.S.A. map, holding two small gold trophies, while Lisa Simpson in a papier-mache Florida costume and Ralph Wiggum in a blue outfit with an IDAHO sign stand on a stage before an audience. Skinner smiles and speaks, then steps out from behind the podium and places a hand on Lisa's costume, with Ralph holding up his trophy beside him, and the three pose together on stage. Visible on-screen and printed text includes the green U.S.A. map and the words FLORIDA on Lisa's costume and IDAHO on Ralph's sign.
