Homer runs out of a doorway into a purple living room with a red couch, a lamp and telephone on a side table, and a television set on the right

What happens

Homer, the bald, heavy cartoon man in a white shirt and blue pants, runs out of a doorway into a purple living room with a red couch, a lamp and telephone on a side table, and a television set on the right. He rushes across the room, leaving a trail of gray smoke and soot as a large dark cloud rises from the couch and fills the room, with a framed picture and a lamp nearby. The scene then cuts to a pink-backed television screen reading 'Created by Matt Groening' and finally 'Developed by James L. Brooks, Matt Groening, Sam Simon' in yellow lettering on a blue screen.
