What happens

Bart Simpson, in a brown suit and purple tie, sits slumped in a green armchair beside a side table holding a mug with a moon and stars, while Troy McClure, the swept-back reddish-haired actor in a blue suit, sits behind a wooden desk with a microphone and a globe on a stand behind him. Troy leans on the desk with his hands clasped, then spreads his arms wide over the desk while Bart slouches with a bored or annoyed look, sometimes resting his chin in his hand or glancing sideways. The scene ends with Troy again stretching his arms out and Bart glaring, against a backdrop of framed pictures and wood-paneled walls.
