What happens

Bart Simpson, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, sits at a desk in a classroom with green walls, resting his chin on his hand and slumping. Milhouse, with blue hair and green glasses, sits at the desk behind him on the right, and a Black boy with a grey afro and orange-striped shirt sits at a desk on the left, while a blonde-haired girl at the far left leans toward the desk and then looks up. In the first frames Bart stares sideways with wide eyes and a bored, wary look, then in the middle frames his mouth opens to speak with his eyes bulging, and in the last frame he sits with a dazed, half-lidded expression, chin on his fist, grimacing with clenched teeth. A globe and a brown chalkboard are visible in the background.
