What happens

Principal Skinner, with neat grey hair and a blue suit, stands in the doorway of a yellow school bus marked Springfield Elementary School, while a small boy in a white shirt and red shorts pulls faces in front of him. Bart, in his orange shirt and blue shorts, then steps down the bus stairs onto the sidewalk beside the Box Factory building, where Mrs. Krabappel, with her tall brown hairdo, green jacket and teal skirt, waits near the bus door. The Box Factory sign and the bus's destination board are visible throughout, and the scene is otherwise still, with the building in the background and no other movement.
