What happens

Bart in an orange shirt and red cap and Milhouse with blue hair and glasses are among a crowd of children in a wood-floored room, while Principal Skinner in a blue suit and purple shirt and Mrs. Krabappel with a tall brown hairdo and green sweater stand or sit nearby. Krabappel reads a book at a table with a smoking ashtray as the children gather in a tight group, and Mr. Burns, thin with a hooked nose, sits on a folding chair at the right holding a small child. The room has teal grid windows and a grey barrel, and the children's eyes turn toward the adults as the scene unfolds.
