What happens

Marge Simpson, with her tall blue beehive and a light blue towel wrapped around her, comes down the staircase clutching a small oval mirror, then stands beside a blue side table with a red telephone, picks up the receiver, and scowls with a sweat drop at her temple. Mrs. Krabappel, with her tall brown hairdo and green coat, stands at a wall-mounted blue payphone next to Principal Skinner in a blue suit, pressing the hook with her other hand as he looks on. The scene ends on a wide view of a nuclear power plant with two white cooling towers marked with atom symbols beside a river.
