What happens

Krusty the Clown, with teal hair, a red nose and a lavender shirt with a blue bow tie, stands in the foreground gesturing toward a group of four dancers on a stage lined with red panels and orange dots beneath a row of stage lights, while Bart, in an orange shirt and blue shorts, watches from the side near a purple gate and a doorway. In the first moments Krusty stands with his white-gloved hands clasped, then he turns and extends an arm toward the stage, where the dancers, including a woman in a red cap and a woman in a white captain's cap and knee-high white boots, stand and then start moving in a synchronized routine. By the end the four dancers are kicking and swaying in a line across the stage while Krusty stays at the edge of the frame.
