What happens

Apu, the Kwik-E-Mart proprietor with his dark hair and green cardigan over a black shirt, is first seen in front of the orange sunset sky, then appears at the store's glass door and later stands outside it, looking worried. Outside the Kwik-E-Mart at dusk, Apu walks across the empty parking lot, carrying a metal shopping basket that is empty, past dark stains on the asphalt. The store's signs read KWIK-E-MART, with PUSH on the glass doors and a DUFF beer poster in the window. Apu first appears in a close-up, then walks into the parking lot, pauses, and comes back toward the entrance, showing his nervous expression throughout.
