Apu walks through the store past the counter and snack displays, then stands beside a purple appliance near the shelves of folded clothing
The Simpsons, “Homer and Apu” (season 5, episode 13), 20:16–20:27
What happens
Apu, the Kwik-E-Mart runner with dark skin, blue hair and a green shirt with a black collar and name tag, walks through the store past the counter and snack displays, then stands beside a purple appliance near the shelves of folded clothing. He faces a young clerk with brown hair in a light blue smock and name badge, who listens with half-closed eyes while Apu talks and gestures. Red signage reading 'AT' hangs on the wall behind them, and a large purple slushie cup sits on a shelf in the background.
