What happens

A crowd of young girl characters with varied hairstyles gathers in a toy store near a red display of boxed Malibu Stacy dolls marked NEW HAT, with a large Malibu Stacy poster showing a doll in a pink dress and wide-brimmed pink hat. A girl with blue pigtails and bows, and a girl with a long orange braid, stand near the front, and the blue-pigtailed girl's mouth opens as she speaks excitedly while gesturing toward the display. In the later moments a small spiky-haired figure in an orange top stands at the bottom of the crowd near the boxes while the other girls look on, some with arms folded and others staring at the doll poster.
