What happens

A woman with a tall white bouffant and black headband holds a knife to a small doll at a table, while rows of identical blonde women in bows and shorts stand in a line as a giant hand reaches in from the right. Three women in a checkered kitchen, one with long hair, one with a black bob, and an older white-haired woman, hold up dolls, then a woman in a white dress with a black collar stands on a turntable under a spotlight, turning from front to back with her arms outstretched.
