What happens

Lisa, the girl with star-shaped spiky yellow hair in a pearl necklace, sits on a maroon couch beside an older man with tall yellow hair and a pink jacket, both facing a television in a green living room that shows a blue map of the United States. Lisa turns to look at the screen while the man leans toward her, then the scene cuts to a sleek, blue-grey space shuttle with a glowing orange nose angling through the clouds, which then dips down behind the rooftop of a grey building. A pennant-like yellow banner and a glimpse of a building edge with a truss-like frame appear in the lower part of the view.
