What happens

Bart Simpson, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt and blue shorts, stands in a classroom before a chalkboard filled with rows of the words "I AM NOT DELIGHTFULLY SAUCY" written over and over. He first stands with one hand raised to his mouth and an arm outstretched, then hops sideways on one foot with a grin and his arms flung out, while a red wastebasket and a wall clock sit nearby. Before this, a sky of drifting cartoon clouds fills the screen, and the title card "THE SIMPSONS" appears in orange letters over the clouds.
