What happens

Homer Simpson sits in a white boat with blue trim perched on a wrecked, rusted car in a dirt lot, throwing his arms up. A man in a green sweater crouches beside the boat, then stands and walks away across the dirt, while Carl, a heavy man in purple shorts with a pink towel over his shoulder, turns and leans over a rusty tailgate. Bart, in an orange shirt and holding a red-and-pink jug, stands by a purple car as a woman in sunglasses and a blonde woman wave on the grassy field behind them.
