What happens

Bart, a spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, stands at the left of a radio station studio with reel-to-reel tape machines, shelves of tapes and a doorway on the right. A young man with swept reddish hair in a white KBBL 102.5 shirt is joined by Carl, a Black man with dark curly hair at the sides wearing a red sweater, who grins and rests a hand on his shoulder. Principal Skinner, in a blue suit with neat grey hair, walks in from the doorway as Carl steps forward; by the end, the KBBL man points at Skinner's face while Carl gestures with open hands and the group faces Bart.
