What happens

Bart Simpson, in his orange shirt and blue shorts, first hovers above a green chair in a room with a blue carpet and a mixing console, then sits in that chair scowling with his arms crossed while three seated men watch from the bottom edge: one with curly dark hair and a red sweater, one with grey hair and a blue sweater, and one with reddish hair and a white shirt. Bart then slumps against a wall on a grey sidewalk, and finally Homer, in his white shirt and blue pants, sits with his legs stretched out and eyes closed in a smile while Bart stands beside him with hands on hips, shouting.
