Bart Simpson stands at a classroom chalkboard covered in the repeated line "ORGAN TRANSPLANTS ARE BEST LEFT TO THE PROFESSIONALS" as he chalks it out

What happens

Bart Simpson, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt and blue shorts, stands at a classroom chalkboard covered in the repeated line "ORGAN TRANSPLANTS ARE BEST LEFT TO THE PROFESSIONALS" as he chalks it out. He then grins with eyes squeezed shut, hops sideways away from the board with arms outstretched, and moves past a red trash can full of crumpled paper and a wall clock. The scene opens on drifting clouds under a blue sky with "THE SIMPSONS" title text in yellow.
