What happens

Bart Simpson, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt and blue shorts, stands at a classroom chalkboard writing repeated lines reading "SILLY STRING IS NOT A NASAL SPRAY" in white chalk, then stops and finishes with "SILLY STRING IS NOT A" before dropping the chalk and running off past the wastebasket and desks toward the door. Earlier, the screen opens on a blue sky with drifting clouds, and the orange title text "THE SIMPSONS" appears and grows across the clouds.
