What happens

Mr. Burns, frail and stooped with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, and Smithers, his thin assistant in glasses and a tan jacket with an ID badge, stand at a window lined with bookshelves. Burns first clasps his hands and grins, then leans toward the glass beside Smithers, and finally extends an arm to point outside while scowling. Outside, a boy in a pink knit cap, grey coat, mittens and lavender pants stands in falling snow under a dark cloud, looking up with a grin.
