What happens

Milhouse, with blue hair and red-framed glasses, sits slumped back in a classroom chair with his feet up on a desk, squeezing a red ketchup bottle onto his red shirt and lap, while Bart, in an orange shirt, sits at a nearby desk with his hand to his chin. Over the sequence Milhouse keeps squeezing ketchup onto himself, grinning and then laughing, and a folded paper airplane sails across the room near the April calendar and the bulletin board covered in papers and a splattered stain. Bart's expression shifts to a worried look as a girl with pale hair (Lisa's classmate) leans forward at a desk beside him, and a crumpled paper ball flies into the corner at the right edge of the frame.
