What happens

Mr. Burns, a frail, very thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, kneels on a red picnic blanket and holds out a ring while smiling, proposing to one of Marge's twin sisters, Patty or Selma, who has tall grey-violet hair and sits across from him with a flat, unimpressed look. Over the moment he shifts from leaning in with a toothy grin to lowering his gaze to the ring, while a steaming pot, a champagne bottle in an ice bucket, a martini glass, and a wicker basket holding bread and grapes sit on the outdoor blanket.
