What happens

Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt and blue shorts, stands at a glass display counter in a cramped shop, looking up at a heavy, stubbled man in a blue shirt behind the counter. The shopkeeper, a bulky figure with a pointed moustache-like stubble and a ponytail of brown hair, first leans in toward Bart, then holds up a framed picture of a pink cartoon cat in a top hat, presenting it to him with both hands. Bart leans in and reaches toward the framed picture, then the shopkeeper hunches forward and raises a blue-and-white beach ball on his fingertip while gesturing with his other hand. Behind them, the wall displays posters reading SPACE and RISK, a blue cap, a sign reading CARD HOLDERS 25 cents, and shelves of trading cards and a few small items sit under the glass counter.
