What happens

On a dark, tree-lined street at night, an older man in a brown fedora and long brown coat stands on the sidewalk beside a lamppost, facing Principal Skinner, a grey-haired man in a grey suit and red tie who holds a yellow envelope, while a bald, heavy man in a dark brown suit and a black-haired man in a brown suit and green shirt look on. Skinner gestures and speaks, then the black-haired man lifts his leg and stomps the older man's fedora, which lands on the pavement under his shoe. The hat is then left lying on the sidewalk while the older man stands alone, looking downcast.
