What happens

Mr. Burns, a frail, stooped old man with a hooked nose, and his thin assistant Smithers, in an olive jacket, purple bow tie and ID badge, start in a wood-paneled library lined with bookshelves, where Burns raises a finger beside a window. They then meet a tall, red-haired man in a green polo shirt and necklace and a red-haired florist in an apron and bow tie holding a large bouquet, while Burns takes a pink flower. Burns walks past the shelves as Smithers sniffs the pink flower, and the scene ends with Burns glaring through glass at a tank of dark spiders with purple hair before standing at a desk with a bell beside Smithers.
