What happens

Homer stands at the open door of a room with an orange wall, beside an easel sign with partly visible lettering, while a man in a green sweater with spiky black hair stands near a desk. A brown stream of spit then flies from off-screen toward a fat yellow vase beneath a wall outlet. Back in a classroom with a blackboard, the green-sweater man in suspenders points at the board while students sit at desks: a bald man in a pink shirt, a boy with red hair, and a woman with long curly black hair. Among them, a bald man in a captain's cap with a white beard and another man with a red beard in overalls watch, and the elderly man with glasses and spiky hair at the front desk spits brown liquid into a glass holding dentures.
