What happens

Bart Simpson, in an orange shirt and a grey space helmet with a red top, climbs a tree using wooden cleats while gripping a black handheld device, moving upward until only his red shorts and white-and-red shoes are visible at the top of the tree. He then stands on a wooden treehouse floor beside Milhouse, who has blue hair, glasses, a pink shirt, red shorts and a matching helmet, while Homer, bald with a white shirt, is seen from behind at the left edge of the frame. The treehouse has a window showing a blue sky and green bushes behind the two boys.
