What happens

Homer, the bald man in a white shirt, and Marge, with her tall blue beehive, sit back together in a small wooden rowboat on a calm lake at dusk. The scene opens from black to the striped title card CITIZEN KANG over the water, then the boat drifts slowly past pine trees and distant cooling towers under a pink sky, with a fishing rod angled off the side and its line trailing into the water.
