What happens

A crowd of wide-eyed, purple-skinned people with blue hair, dressed in green and yellow robes, stands packed together in the foreground, while a small yellow-skinned girl in a blue dress sits on a white and red throne with gold trim on a raised platform above them. Across the five frames the girl remains seated and the crowd stays in place, with one bald, bearded man at the front right turning his head toward the throne and lifting his arm as the others look on in silence against a pink and teal backdrop.
