What happens

Lisa Simpson sits on a large white and red throne, wearing her blue dress and teal shoes, while a bearded, purple-skinned man in a gold robe holds a tall staff with a light fixture on top and gestures with one hand. Behind them, a crowd of green-clad, blue-haired people in the background stands in a futuristic setting with pink sky and pink-and-white flower beds. In the first frames, the crowd murmurs and gestures, with one figure in the foreground pointing, and in the later frames the robed man talks and gestures with an open palm while Lisa looks up at him and blinks, and the staff remains raised at his side.
