What happens

Milhouse, with blue hair and glasses, stands in a striped robe holding a tall wooden staff and grinning as he addresses a group of robed Israelites in a sandy desert under a blue sky. Lisa, holding stone tablets, stands in front of Bart in a loincloth, a woman with long red hair and a purple headband, and a man with curly hair in a loincloth at the right edge. The view then moves closer as Lisa, still holding the tablets and with her mouth open as if speaking, is flanked by the red-haired woman and a red-haired man at the left edge.
