What happens

Milhouse, in a striped robe and holding a tall wooden staff, stands in a sandy desert beside Lisa, who holds a pair of stone tablets, and Bart, wearing only a loincloth, with a line of robed children behind them and a dark-skinned man with a grey curly afro on the right. Milhouse talks with a grimace, gestures with one hand, then grins and speaks with his mouth open. Lisa looks on and then smiles and points off to the left, while Milhouse sticks out his tongue and Bart glances up under a clear blue sky with white clouds.
