What happens

Lisa Simpson, in her red dress and pearl necklace, stands beside Milhouse, who has blue hair and red-framed glasses, as he grips a bamboo cage in a grassy jungle clearing. Lisa speaks at him, gesturing with an open hand while he shrugs with his palms out and his mouth open, then she turns to face the viewer with a tight-lipped, grimacing expression and a hand gesture. Behind them, a row of onlookers appears in the later part of the scene: a girl with a purple bow, Ralph in a blue shirt, a dark-skinned boy, and a figure in a white shirt with a green leaf-like hat, all against a blue sky with a white cloud.
